One workspace for your whole clinic
VetDoze started as the workspace for independent vets. Now your whole team can share one workspace: doctors, front desk, and lab, all on the same patients, records, and consults, with every note attributed to the vet who wrote it. Pay per seat, share one pool of consults across the clinic, and keep the verified dosing that gets the numbers right.
One clinic, one shared record, clear attribution
Every vet and staff member in the clinic sees the same patients and history, so nothing is entered twice and no case is trapped on one person's login. Each note, consult, and document still shows who created it, so the shared record never loses accountability.
How a clinic account works
Create your clinic
The clinic owner creates the account and chooses how many seats the team needs. Each member, a vet or staff, uses one seat.
Invite your team with a role
Send each colleague a link and pick their role: doctor, receptionist, or laboratory. The role shapes what they see first, while everyone shares the same clinic data.
Work from one shared record
The front desk registers patients and starts consults, hands each one to a named vet, doctors complete them with the scribe and verified doses, and the lab files results onto the right chart.
Share one pool of consults
Consults are pooled across the whole clinic instead of counted per person, on monthly or yearly billing. An active clinic is never blocked mid-visit.
Roles that fit how a clinic actually runs
The receptionist gets an intake-first screen for registering patients and starting consults. Doctors get the full clinical workspace with the AI scribe and verified dosing. The lab gets a clinic-wide view of test results and documents. One shared record underneath, a tailored view on top.

Shared patients
One record for the clinic: patients, history, consults, and documents, visible to the whole team.
Per-vet attribution
Every note and consult shows the vet who created it, so a shared record still stays accountable.
Role-based views
Receptionist, doctor, and laboratory each open the screen that fits their job first.
Verified dosing
Every dose computed from a verified formulary by weight and species, shared across the team.
Pooled consults
Consults are shared across the clinic, not counted per person, so an active clinic is never blocked mid-visit.
Same AI scribe
The scribe that writes complete SOAP notes and gets the doses right, now for the whole clinic.
Hand a consult to a vet
Reception starts the consult and marks it for a named doctor, who finds it waiting on their own screen.
Lab results on the chart
Upload a result once and file it to the right patient. The lab sees a clinic-wide queue of anything still unfiled.
Clinic activity at a glance
Owners see the last 30 days: consults, new clients and patients, documents, and how the workload split across the team.
Frequently asked questions
How does clinic pricing work?
You pay per seat, billed monthly or yearly (yearly gives you two months free per seat). Every member of the clinic, whether a vet, receptionist, or lab tech, uses one seat. Consults are pooled across the whole clinic rather than metered per person, so busy vets and quiet weeks balance out and nobody is stopped mid-visit.
Can I bring my existing patients into the clinic?
Yes. When you join a clinic you can move the records you already built as a solo vet into the shared workspace in one step: clients, patients, consults, documents, recordings, and your own note templates. Nothing is re-typed.
Can everyone see the same patients?
Yes. All clinical data (patients, records, consults, documents, and recordings) is shared across the clinic, so nothing is entered twice. Each item still shows the team member who created it.
What are the different roles?
There are four roles. The owner manages billing, seats, and invites. Doctors get the full clinical workspace. Receptionists get an intake-first screen for registering patients and starting consults. Laboratory members get a clinic-wide view of test results and documents. All roles share the same clinic data.
What happens if someone leaves the clinic?
The records stay with the clinic, because they belong to the practice. The person who leaves keeps access to the work they personally created, and simply loses access to the rest of the clinic's shared data.
